Here is the latest on WDP 3.0. So Web Designer Pro 3.0, my friends, what’s changing? What’s not, what to expect, and

The WDP Story From 1.0
Josh Hall 2:10

what to be pumped for, of course. Quick WDP history. I realize that a lot of you are newer members and you may have no idea of what things were like six years ago when we started Web Designer Pro. So Web Designer Pro 1.0, which I would really ballpark in the years of 2020 when we launched to 2023, is we started in the fall of 2020, actually this November, well, technically next month in October will be when we did our early launch. And it launched as the Web Design Club. Jump in the chat if you would. Tell me who was who joined Pro when it was the Web Design Club? Because for new members, if any of you ever see the term club and you may be wondering, like, where did that come from? Or is there like a new is there like a club inside of Pro that I’m not familiar with? That is the deal. That’s what’s going on. It was originally called the Web Design Club because I didn’t know what to call it. So jump in the chat and let us know who was in Pro when it was called the Web Design Club. Michelle’s typing. I know she was there because she’s an OG. Lisa is not here live with us right now because she’s actually doing a workshop of her own live right now, but she’s an OG. We’ve got quite a few of those, those of you here who are probably Web Design Club members. Um it started as just community and coaching. I had my courses separate just for context in version 1.0. And then when Circle released the LMS feature and I was able to put courses inside of Circle, uh, we did courses, community, and coaching, all under one tier, and I rebranded from the Web Design Club to Web Designer Pro. And then it only took 18 months to get trademarked. And that brought us into Web Designer Pro 2.0. Excuse me. So the last three years is really the window of what I would call 2.0, which is in 2023, again, courses, community and coaching and a web designer pro. And because I did all those together, I got to personal capacity. I was coaching over 230 members here, which is what is currently the coaching tier. And I just could not keep track of that many people. It it became glaringly obvious to me that I’m really suited for about 150 members in the coaching tier with how many conversations I have and one-on-one calls for those who are on the annual plan. So I realized something’s got to change. I could not grow pro past this point. And so that’s when we made the biggest change ever in Web Designer Pro, and that was when we launched the tiers. So we had separate tiers for courses, community, and coaching. We did that in the fall of 2024, and that’s of course is where it’s at now. And up to more recently, the membership all tiers were open all the time. So those were really like the the two main iterations of Pro to this point over a six-year period. Now, apparently I do things in three-year periods. So now we’re looking at the next few years, and of course, now we are in 3.0. Now, I don’t want to make you guys feel uh like I’d be doing anything secretive, but Web Designer Pro 3.0 has actually already been underway. In fact, Web Designer Pro 3.0 technically kicked off at ProCon this past year when we launched the Mastermind level. So there’s two things that have already been done so far in Web Designer Pro 3.0. A lot of planning and a lot of preparing, but things that have actually already checked off the list. One was we launched the mastermind, which we have five members in the Web Designer Pro Mastermind. We launched that on the back of ProCon back in April 2026. And then last month, we officially moved the coaching tier to an open and closed model, and we went annual only as far as the billing option for the coaching. And we just did that in August. So many of you probably saw that. Many of you are here because you actually joined in that window when we made the changes to the coaching tier. So the first part of 3.0 is actually already underway. Uh so this, but I’m just like publicly sharing where things are headed at this point. So I’ve got five main areas of updates, and then we’ll jump into questions and have a good conversation about this. The

Circle Eclipse And Upcoming UX
Josh Hall 6:25

first area is the circle update. So Circle recently unveiled what’s called Eclipse, which is a mixture of a few things. It’s mostly internal, so not that much is going to affect you as a member, but there is an improved UX and design experience for the courses that we’ll look at. There are some options that I’m really excited about about how you can structure courses and live events and learning pathways. And for those who do like time-based cohort experiences, you can now do like week one, week two, week three kind of experiences in the courses, which are going to be pretty cool. We may experiment with that. The biggest change with the new circle update is Circle AI. That has absolutely no bearing on you as a member. That is purely internal. So I’ll give you a peek at this next here, though. And then there is a new connections feature, which I’m truthfully cautiously optimistic about. I don’t know too much about it yet because I have not activated Eclipse, but um, from what I understand, it should make finding members locally and finding other members who are in a similar stage in business and tool stack, et cetera, a little easier and a little more native. Um, so I’m excited about that. Those are all things that are in the upcoming circle update. So, what I want to share with you on that front is I’m gonna give you a quick peek right now. For those who just joined us, welcome in. We are uh diving into Web Designer Pro 3.0. Post any questions you have in the QA box. Otherwise, it’s unlikely I will see them in the chat. So here’s a quick look. I’m gonna walk you through Eclipse. So you’ll see a little bit of the back end on what I see. This is helpful for those of you who are maybe going to do a circle one day for yourself or for clients. Um, again, not that much changes on your end. However, there are some things on the yeah, on the UX front that do look a little bit different. So this is the new version of um, well, this is the next version of the actual circle platform that we have for that’s running Web Designer Pro. So it looks a little bit different, not terribly different. There are things that I do miss about the current version, but as you’ll see here, or I think it was before this window, they are gonna release this to everybody on September 30th. So we have to update regardless. Um, so I’ll be I will be releasing that. So it looks slightly different, not completely different. The courses, however, are the ones that do look quite a bit different. So new improved courses options internally. I can create more and more like pathways here and kind of separate these out by different categories moving forward. And then if we look at the actual course page, this is what is most drastically different. So I’m just wanted to give you a heads up on what to expect. Moving forward, the courses are gonna look like this. And I think this is not pulling up because I’m in preview mode. Um, but the course editor, oh, there we go. The course editor is quite a bit different. The videos are full screen. You got the lesson details here, and then apparently me and the team need to add thumbnails on all of the course lessons because there is a blank thumbnail on each one of these. So we got a little bit of internal work to do. So just a heads up, that’s gonna be the difference there as far as what to expect with mainly the courses. And then again, the UX and the UI is slightly different uh when I update to Eclipse, which honestly, I might do it live. I might do it at the end of this if you guys want to do it together. I don’t know if that’ll kick us out of the call, uh, but we could try it. But again, this takes effect for every circle community on September 30th. So we gotta update regardless. Again, there are some things I love about this current UX, but uh sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. You gotta update when you uh, you know, it’s not WordPress, it’s not open source. This is the thing about using a platform that you don’t fully own, you’re at the mercy of their updates. So uh, but I love circle, you guys know that. So circle updates, that is number one on what to expect here as we um as we move into WebCenter Pro 3.0. Cool, cool. Oh, I feel like I’m really doing better with the sharing because now I can see the chat and I can see this window. This is wonderful. For those who are at the What’s Working Now workshop last month, I completely screwed the pooch on that one and uh was talking to myself for five minutes, not realizing no one could see anything. So things are getting better already with Web Zarner 34. Now, the next thing I’m so excited about. This

Introducing WDP Reps And Roles
Josh Hall 11:14

is the thing I’m most excited about. WDP reps. What are reps? Michelle knows what reps are because we’ve been working on this for literally months. We’ve gone back and forth on what to call the folks in Web Designer Pro who I consider resident experts. Our reps are resident expert pros. We originally had the idea of calling these like mini coaches that are like or pro coaches, but a lot of folks in this category didn’t want to be viewed as a coach necessarily because they’re not, you know, like they’re not getting paid to be in pro. So I’m real excited about this. Those of you who are fellow fellow copywriter and wordsmith uh appreciators um can probably appreciate how long it took us to come up with this term. But yeah, resident expert pros are reps. And what these folks are going to basically be is nothing new. These folks are already in pro. Many of these folks you already know very well. This is simply an official title on quite a few members here who are our our official resident expert pros are reps. And you’ll hear me say reps a lot more moving forward. Now, I’ve heard people say outside of being knighted, this is the greatest honor that one can achieve. And I couldn’t agree more. I’m not sure if Michelle said that, maybe with somebody else, because Michelle is one of our resident expert pros, but it is an honor from what I hear. Now, in all seriousness, um, we have a lot of folks in pro who have areas of expertise and different capacities and different tools. These are folks who are very closely tied in with me. They’re often folks who are on my team or who are close colleagues that I’ve worked with for years and even hired myself. These are folks that you’ll see who I often tag in posts to get their expertise on certain subjects, especially if it’s something that I don’t really know super well. Um Michelle said, I’m not sure if women can be knighted, but I’ll take it. I didn’t even think about that, Michelle. Wow, it’s 2026. Can women not be knighted already? Let’s go. Let’s get with the times. Um, so these are folks who are really ingrained in pro, many of them you already know. We’ll look at a few next. These are folks who are also going to be featured or soon to be featured or who have already been featured in my courses. So as we get to the next evolution of the courses, you will start to see some folks in pro who are our reps, who are going to be featured in courses because the courses are tidally related and tied to my areas of like, you know, the main offers that I have. These are also folks who are gonna likely fill in for me when I can’t do a call or on vacation. They may host some calls themselves. Um, there are regulars in the forums. You usually see most of these folks who are welcoming new members and jumping in on posts that are of their expertise. And then we are gonna create a new reps space that will have more detail about each one of them, ways to connect, ways to work with them, etc. Now, I’m sure you’re curious, other than Michelle, who is no surprise as a rep, who is who are the reps? Well, here we go, my friends. These are the reps. And they are closely tied to, again, certain areas of expertise that I have been really working on for, I mean, what you’re this visual that you’re seeing here is about a year of work with thinking and planning and deciding where to take pro with this next evolution with these main categories that are very closely similar to my categories of courses. So I’ve realized over the years my sweet spot, my lane of expertise is business, just general web design business. Now, I go not too far into SEO, but I go, you know, on a foundational level to SEO. Thanks to Michelle, I know a lot about copywriting now. I do a lot of team building and leadership. I do a little bit of dev and CSS, I do a little bit of design, I know some email and DNS, I know a little bit, I mean, and I mean a little bit of AI, but those are not my areas of expertise. So the reason I’m so excited about introducing reps and giving them an official title is these are the folks who have expertise in these particular areas. And it’s color coordinated, not because big thanks to Alexia for designing these, because we wanted to bring some color into each one of these categories, but they also correspond with many of my courses. So again, yeah, Dylan said, no shock there. So everyone here probably knows Sam. Sam is our local SEO king, he is our SEO guru. He came into Pro, built his six-figure agency largely around SEO and local SEO, kicked off our little brother community local SEO Academy. So naturally, he is our rep for SEO. Michelle, while yes, she has a lot of expertise in uh AEO and SEO, but she’s also kind of taken the rein on copy, which of course digs in a little bit of SEO as well. So Michelle is our copy queen, if you will. Eric, who took over my agency in Transit Studios in 2020, is just a master team builder. He is the guy to go to for team and leadership. So I rely on him a lot of that. We actually had Eric in in our mastermind a few months ago, and we did a session with Eric specifically about like really intensive coaching on team building. Um, so Eric is the team guy. Christian, I’ve been working with since gosh, 2019. I don’t know if Christian’s here, but we’ve been working together for a long time. He’s done a lot of work on my sites with really advanced development, CSS, and is just an expert in all things dev and coding. So he’s kind of the guy that you’ll see me tag a lot uh for yeah, all things code. And for new members, I think this is really important because you know, a lot of us who have been in pro for a long time, this is no surprise, but for a new member, these people are brand new. So I want to make sure I do a better job at also when people onboard into pro that I introduce them to the reps so they know who to like they’ll they kind of know who like the main reps are in pro. Alexia, we’ve been working together for now a year in all sorts of branding and design and strategy capacity. She is now on retainer with me. She is the one who put these lovely graphics together. That’s why things are looking a lot better these days in my brand. That’s thanks to Alexia. So she, of course, is our design rep. Amher, who I’ve been working with, I think for almost a decade. I believe we started working together in 2017, maybe. He is the email guy. He can figure anything out when it comes to email and DNS. He is the man for email and he actually likes email. I thank God. Thank God someone here in Pro likes email. That’s Amher. You will see me mention him all the time. Tag him. I refer him out almost at least once a month to a fellow pro who needs help. And you may or may not see some of these folks in some courses moving forward too, as kind of guest experts with certain lessons. And then there’s Mark. Mark Sismansky is a colleague of mine who is really on the forefront of AI. And he comes from a web design and WordPress background. And he is very, very um early adopting when it comes to AI and very AI first. And I think it’s really helpful because that is not my natural feeling towards AI. I’m a late adopter, I’m very hesitant in many ways, I’m very overwhelmed in many ways, I’m very disgusted in many ways with what people are producing with AI slop and how people are just using AI to think for them. But at the same time, I can’t have my head in the sand about AI, but I also don’t have the bandwidth or interest to be like an AI guy. Thank God. So we’ve got Mark. Mark’s already done a few calls more recently, and we’ve had him up on some QA sessions and some coaching sessions to talk through AI. So there we go, guys. It’s official. We have Web Designer Pro Reps, Resident Expert Pros. I’m so, so excited to again, nothing new, like literally nothing new. It’s just making it official and then making sure new members, we’re gonna have a new space where I can introduce these folks. And these are all folks who I feel very confident are gonna last for a long time in their zone of genius because we I have a good friend Dave Foy, who is actually currently featured in my DNS course. And I don’t know if you guys saw the news, but Dave just got a full-time job and is shutting down his online education business tomorrow. So I got to go in the DNS course and remove that lesson of Dave’s, and then I’m probably gonna put Amher’s um training about email deliverability in place of his. So these are folks who I feel very confident are gonna be around for the long haul and are not gonna jump ship. Uh, you know, like I don’t think Sam’s gonna be doing real estate next year. Uh, I think he’s gonna stick with SEO for a long time. So this was very thoughtful and very crafted with like who I feel comfortable surrounding myself around as my immediate circle of experts, and then also who I feel comfortable about teaching you short term and long term. So I’m pumped about this. Are you guys pumped about this? Because I feel like I’ve just realized I can’t do everything. And like I can only go so far in SEO, I can only go so far in copy, I can only go so far in design and dev and AI. I just I can’t one person do all these things to the level that I feel like you need. That’s why I’m so excited to have these experts in this like inner circle as a rep to better serve you guys now and moving forward. I think this is one thing that’s gonna make Web Designer Pro one of the like most frontline, like leading communities in web design is because we’ve got experts in these different areas that are so closely tied with all of us in the community that I think it’s gonna be very hard. Like, imagine going to a free Facebook group, and then you know, maybe they have somebody who knows SEO, maybe they have an AI person, maybe they have design and dev and email person, but it’s not like this. It’s not like a vetted, trusted, inner expert circle. So the reps, resident expert pros. Big thanks to everybody here, by the way, Sam, Michelle, Eric, Christian, Alexia, Amher, and Mark. I’ve already addressed this to all of them, so this is not a shock to any of them. They already know they are officially a rep. Um, but nothing changes for them at all, literally. Like nothing changes. Just they’re uh they’re even more so committed to our community, which is really, really cool. All right, post your questions, guys, in the QA box as you have them. Welcome if you just joined us. I just shared the news that we officially have Web Designer Pro reps now as an official title in their lanes and zones of genius. Love the color schemes, by the way, Michelle. So let’s move on.

Course Roadmap And Divi Retirement
Josh Hall 22:04

That brings us to courses. The next updates are going to go pretty quick here, and then we’ll dive into questions and have a chat about some of this. Course updates. Yes, I am not the Yoda of Divi anymore. I’ve talked about this for a while. This is probably no shock. I have not been producing Divi content over the last really few years. Um, and what I’ve realized is because I have a lane of specialty and kind of a zone of genius with business coaching and strategy with business and web design, I’ve realized I just cannot do all the things anymore and do them well. I I’ve found that like when I get into Divi and do CSS stuff, it’s never been harder than ever for me. And I think that’s because I just I don’t I don’t do it as much as I used to. I’m much more focused on business of web design than I am, you know, Divi presets. So I’m aligning myself tertiary to our reps with folks like Anya, who’s a Web Designer Pro member, who right now is also um hosting at the time of us doing this call, she’s actually hosting her third workshop of the week for her Divi design system. Um so I’m aligning myself with folks who I trust to hand off the Divi Paton as well. So, all that to say, my signature courses are business, maintenance plan, and scaling. Those are my three biggies. If I had to only sell three courses, those would be the three ideal. But I love teaching what I know about SEO. I love teaching my design and conversion principles. I love my process, which a lot of you still use today. And I’ve found that because my number one YouTube video is my migration video on migrating WordPress, I do have a knack for simplifying technical things in the form of DNS. So I’m keeping my mini courses and I’m actually going to be revamping them. Um I’ve already revamped the DNS course last year, so that’s up. Um, but yeah, I basically got signature courses and mini courses. Another way to think about this would be like majors and minors. So folks go to higher ed, I guess I’ve never been to higher ed, but folks go to higher ed in academia for a major or multiple majors, and then they have minors. That’s kind of how, if I zoom out, that’s kind of the way I view my courses. My majors are the business of web design, building recurring revenue with maintenance plans and scaling in a way that works for you, aka scale your way. My minors are the foundations of SEO, basic design, copywriting, and conversion principles, my patented process, which I should probably trademark before somebody rips it off. And then again, simplifying DNS. But I’m going to be retiring my Divi courses at the end of this year. So I am not going to be updating the Divi course with Divi5. I will likely do a like Divi5 masterclass showing how I use it with webdesignerpro.com. But I’m handing the Divi Baton to my close colleagues Anya with Divi Lover and Tim Streifler with Divi Life. Those are the two folks I recommend learning learning Divi5 from. And when it comes to CSS, yes, I’m good with CSS, but I don’t even know what Clamp is. I don’t know. I don’t, I’m not good with Flexbox and Grid. And honestly, nor should I be, because my my need, the need of my mind right now and my time is in the business of web design. I’m helping people in pro here literally build six and multi-six figure businesses, many of whom have crossed seven figures in revenue lifetime. And that’s where I am needed. I am not needed in a CSS style sheet anymore. So my courses will be available till the end of this year, and then they are adios divachos, um, which makes me sad a little bit because I’ve always been known as the Divi guy, but I’ve just realized, like, yeah, I really warred with this. I thought about should I have a Divi beginner course for Divi5? Should I learn more about CSS? I’m like, nope, I don’t have the time, bandwidth, or honest interest to do that anymore. Um, and I want people to join Web Designer Pro. And if they’re not Divi users, I want the people to feel, yeah, like, you know, they’re still welcome here and it’s the right place for them, even if they don’t use Divi. So my plan revamps, the maintenance plan course. Thank you again to everybody who submitted your details. If you have not submitted your details, check out the pinned comment in the chat that has the survey. You have today, I extended the deadline to tonight to fill your details into that survey. We’ve had 55 members already submit their maintenance plan details. Super helpful as I revamp the course. I am waiting till I get my new computer, which should be next week before I do any recording. And my plan is to get that out likely in the second week of October. Um, I’ve already got the outline in place. Aside from creating the slides and doing the video recording, that’s gonna go pretty quick. Um, I should be able to bust that one out with what’s already in place. So look for that in mid-October. The SEO course is up next. My plan is for early to mid-November on that one before Black Friday. And then we’ll be tackling the other courses. My design course needs a revamp. My process course could be tightened up and add some things about AI and AI policies and cookie settings and a few other things. And then by golly, the business course is gonna be, it’s already over three years old. So that will be the next one up. Those will all be done in Q1 and Q2 2027. So one of the reasons I also closed the coaching tier more recently is because a lot of my work, thanks to my new computer, just in time, by the way, uh, is gonna be doing coursework. So uh I’m not gonna have too much bandwidth for opening up more like higher-end coaching over the next little while here because I got a lot of coursework to do. That is my that is my big area of focus, aside from just the normal things we’re doing with coaching and community building and pro. And our reps are gonna be featured in some of these courses with select lessons and trainings that they have expert expertise in. So, Brian, yeah, you nailed it, man. Brian said, can we get the bagpipes for the for the Divi courses? Yeah, can we, or maybe the uh who sings the in the arms of an angel? Whatever that song is, give us one of those, play the taps. I know some of you are sad, some of you are probably crying right now. Some of you are probably breaking your keyboards, the tears are flowing down um, you know, on your T board, on your keyboards, the tears, uh, because we are retiring the Divi courses. But that just means the next evolution of all these courses are gonna be even better because again, we’ve got the main courses. Business made its plan and scale. And then you’ll actually see here we’re gonna be revamping the color schemes. Whoa, ho, ho, ho, ho, whoa, whoa, whoa. Revamping colors, what? Yes, we are gonna be revamping the colors, which are actually gonna align a little more to the um to the reps. So the SEO course is gonna be orange, the uh design course is gonna be purple, and then I don’t know, is there room eventually for a copy course that’s yellow, an AI course that’s red? I’m not gonna be doing a development course, that’s why we have Christian, but I’m just saying, who knows where the next thing could go. Johnny says everything I knew about Divi, I learned from that course. Well, thank you for that, Johnny. Again, my my my plan with that is just because I’m not going to be doing a full course on Divi5, I really recommend learning from Anya or Tim Streifler with Divi5. I will do, I am going to commit to doing a Divi5 like full-length tutorial that is basically a mini course once Divi5 is um like the official go-to and Divi4 is not supported anymore next year. But yeah, I just I I I I have enough bandwidth to keep up with these courses and these areas of expertise and aligning myself with folks who use Divi. And I’m still using Divi, but honestly, I know more about Circle than I do Divi at this point. So those are some of the updates with the courses. Last

Member Experience Cleanup And New Calls
Josh Hall 30:21

couple ones, the member experience. All right, everyone just got nervous, everyone got a little sweaty. What is gonna happen with the member experience moving forward? Basically nothing new for you guys. Good news. Um, but here’s here’s some things to expect moving forward. Look, we’ve been running Web Designer Pro for almost six years, and just like anything, the more it’s like your house, you don’t realize how much you accumulate until you start to clean things up, right? And I’ve realized, man, we have a lot of stuff in Pro. We’ve got a lot of content. The sidebar is pretty busy. I understand it’s a little overwhelming for folks who are brand new to Pro. Those of you who have been here for a long time, you can navigate really quickly, but that’s not in the case of new members who see a ton and they’re like, oh my God, where do I find stuff? And yes, we have Brock, our AI assistant, to help you find stuff, but it’s cleanup time. So when I update to the new UX and circle, for those of you who miss it, I gave a little preview of that. I might do that live with you as long as it doesn’t break our call. Um, but we are gonna be cleaning up the sidebar. I’m gonna be clearing out some what I’ll dub low traffic spaces, and we are gonna start fresh with group chats. We’ve got a lot of group chats um in and around different tools and platforms. One thing I’ve realized with group chats, and I’ve seen this play out with literally every other community builder I know and communities I’m in personally. Group chats typically are hot for about a month to three months and then they completely die. And a lot of that is because they are not in plain sight in the forum. Um, so we’re gonna start festival group chats and we’re gonna experiment with those. I don’t know that we’ll need a group chat for 17 hats and for Divi and Moxie and all these other platforms moving forward. Uh, we are gonna keep the weekly pro hangout group chat going and the pro con 2026 chat until we release tickets for 2027, which we’ll talk about. Uh, but those will be it. We’re gonna start fresh with group chats. Now, if there is a glaring need for a group chat, typically the process is we’ll do a like private DM with those folks, and then we’ll decide whether it needs to be something that anyone can join in the future or um, you know, decide whether we need those as far as an actual group chat. I’ve seen some questions go in the chat. If you would, guys, put those in the QA box. That way I don’t miss those in the chat. Uh, removing, we will be removing some outdated trainings. We’ve got trainings from five, six years ago that are just not as relevant now. If I don’t feel 100% confident that I want to circle back around to it, this is nice, it’s kind of a fresh start in a lot of ways for Pro in the way of like cleaning some things up. We have some, like I have some blogs that I’ve posted over the past couple years that I actually um probably not gonna recommend as much. Um, so the only the only things that we’re gonna remove are things that are outdated, not relevant, or things that I would consider kind of like clutter content. We’ve got some trainings that are like, you know, I don’t really think we need that training anymore. It’s not really getting traffic or benefit benefiting everybody at this point. So it’s gonna give us a bit of a like trim-down slate to rebuild content in a lot of the ways for Web Designer Pro. Uh also, you know, in 2020, we weren’t talking about AI like we are today. So we got a lot of content that again is I’ll consider clutter content. Now, for the past about two months, the community members have had access to our weekly coaching calls to join them. Now, hot seats, deep dives, DM coaching with me, all exclusive to coaching tier members, and that will remain. But I’m very excited to make the official announcement that community members are going to continue to be able to join in on our weekly coaching calls. And the reason that is, is when we launched the tiers, my original plan was to just have the coaching tier members on our weekly calls. But what I realized is it really created a separation between community members. And yes, there is a big difference between the coaching tier and community tier in the way of me personally coaching those members and getting to know their business and vetting them for hot seats and having deep dive conversations that are already kind of um like ramped up and ready to go by the time we do a deep dive call. But I realized I’ve really enjoyed having the community members on those calls. And I think everyone here who’s on the community tier will probably say the same that you guys love jumping in on those calls well and learning live. And also, community tier members are working with coaching tier members and vice versa. Really, the difference is coaching tier members get direct access to me for 24-7 personalized DM coaching. We’re looming back and forth. You guys are giving me your offers, your pricing, your strategies, your challenges. I’m your web design therapist as well in this. Uh, and then again, hot seats and deep dive sessions that are more topical are reserved for coaching tier members. But good news for all community tier members, you are going to continue to have access to our weekly coaching calls. Um, weekly hangouts are resuming. Has anyone missed the hangouts? For those who didn’t know, we have we took a break over the summer for weekly hangouts. We’ve been doing those once a week for years and uh just felt like everyone needed a break through the summer. We are kicking off tomorrow, and I will be hosting tomorrow’s hangout. It’s gonna be super chill. We can even talk about some of this if you guys want to. It’s room style, they are not recorded. Um, they’re gonna be a mix of topical hangouts, like there may be some hangouts, and these are member-led, by the way, typically. So I’m not on every hangout, um, but they’re member led. Sometimes there’s topics like members might talk about scaling or team or troubleshooting, or might talk about monthly recurring revenue or offers. Sometimes they’re more theme-style sessions, and then we’re gonna be doing more and more co-working sessions as well in and around the hangouts. We may make a hangout, a co-working session. We may do a separate co-working session before a coaching session. So, all right, Jessica missum, Dylan Miss Awesome. Well, I’ll see you guys tomorrow. I will be hosting our first hangout as we resume. Uh, something new is I am gonna start a monthly QA slash office hours for course students in the courses. Um, now for those who think like, oh my gosh, Josh, that’s a lot of calls. How do you how are you gonna keep up with this? I have been doing this for six years since I started Pro. I have still always done a monthly QA session for students. I did that separately. We used to have a student center that was separate to pro. And last year I went once alive on YouTube and did a QA session there instead of inside of Pro. But one thing I’ve realized is we got a lot of folks who have come from the courses who I could have absolutely better served, even just by having a once-a-month QA. Now, folks in the courses tier are not, it’s not a community. There’s no forum. It is purely you get access to the courses and a once-a-month QA session. That’s it. But my hope is to better empower the course students. That way they get better, faster results and can join up to the community tier when they’re ready. That’s gonna benefit everybody. So I’m really excited to kick that off. Uh, my plan is to kick that off next month when we do the maintenance plan course because we’ll have a maintenance plan specific QA and then we’ll kick off our monthly office hours for course students. And you guys can join these. So these will be available for the entire community, but again, folks in the courses will not have access to the community or our coaching calls or anything else. They just get access to courses and a monthly QA with me to help answer questions for them, to help really it’s look, the courses tier is not meant for people to stay there. It’s meant for people to learn and then jump up to community once they have had their time to learn, implement, and do things in the time that works for them, and then they can jump up to community. Um, something that is also in the works right now before we wrap this up is the Prag, the Prag, the Pro Swag Store is moving to the Webdesigner Pro.com domain. So my hope is to release that by the end of the month. Um, same products and stuff. We’re gonna add more, but I’m just moving it off of joshhall.co and moving it to webdesignerpro.com. Gonna try to make that a little more seamless. And actually, I’d like to embed some of the products in pro. That way you could potentially check out without leaving Web Designer Pro the experience. So we’re gonna see what type of integrations we can work out there. Dylan Prag, here we go. Awesome, awesome. Soul came from the choruses. I think it’s a great idea. Cool, soul. That’s really good to hear. Yeah, that’s my plan is like our tiers have worked in the sense of giving people kind of a ladder to climb. Um, but I just I there’s been a glaring need, I think, for just uh yeah, a monthly office hours. And with me having a little more time with reps helping out with some areas of content, I’m gonna be able to go in and do a nice monthly office hours for everyone in the courses. And this is gonna be important too, because as you guys saw, I am about to go on a tear with revamping courses. And it’s gonna be kind of cool because like October, we’re gonna be talking maintenance plan QA, November SEO QA, December, probably a generalized courses QA. Um, January, we’ll probably do the design QA. So over the next four to five to six months, a lot of our monthly QA’s for the course students are gonna be specific around a certain topic, which is gonna be pretty cool. But again, everyone can join those. You don’t have to, but these are no, these are not hot seats, they’re not deep dives, they’re not coaching calls, they are purely QA. So excited about that. You guys excited about that? Especially those of you who came from the courses tier. Yeah, Emily said no FaceTime with you means courses tier doesn’t know what they’re missing. So I agree. Awesome. That is great feedback, Emily. And um, yeah, the thing I’m excited about that too is I’ll be able to like give folks a peek into the community and say, like, guys, if you’re on the fence, look what’s going on. This is our challenge right now. This is what we’re doing. These are some of the wins, and I think we’re really gonna see a nice jump uh in in community memberships for Pro with doing these QAs. Cool, cool, cool. So those are some things that are there’s really not much changing again. We’re just continuing on, we’re just making things better, a little more refined, especially when it comes to tweaking and cleaning up some of the um again, I’ll call it content clutter that we have going on here in Pro. But that’s you know, it’s inevitable. Six years of something, you’re gonna have a lot of stuff. So

Tier Changes ProCon Plans And Pricing
Josh Hall 41:24

finally, the Web Designer Pro 3.0 offer. So the final thing I’ll cover here, just mainly just for reference. Now, before I share anything, you guys are locked in. Your pricing will not change. You guys have whether you’re on the coaching tier or the community tier, you are locked in. Your price points stay that way for as long as you’re a member. So just know that right up at the top here. Because uh, anyone who just got a little antsy or a little sweaty, do not worry. Your pricing will not change for as long as you’re a member. Now, we’ve already launched a few things with 3.0. I launched the mastermind, as I mentioned, this past April on the uh on the outside of ProCon. We had five members join the mastermind. It is closed. Um, I will likely not open it again until spring next year because there’s just so much work to be done with the courses that I don’t think I’ll have. I’ll be able we’ll do another opening for the coaching tier. Um, but as far as the mastermind, it’s the most intensive coaching I offer. We have bi-weekly calls together. We have a super active mastermind chat. Um, that will likely open again in the spring of 2027. So we will not have an opening for that this fall. Yeah, that’s the plan. Because I got a lot of work to do, and I like being a balanced dad and entrepreneur. Um, we’ve already moved to an open and closed model for the coaching tier, but again, we will have some openings for the coaching tier this fall, not the caching tier. I did this on purpose just to make sure you guys aren’t sleeping on me or multitasking or getting bored. So, those of you who caught that, who caught the caching tier? Probably Michelle. So, no, come back to me if you’re multitasking. We’re about to wrap up and do QA. Um, no, we do not have a whole new caching tier. It is the coaching tier that was definitely on purpose. The courses tier, the one billing change we’re gonna make is because I’m gonna be doing these QA sessions, we’re gonna be moving to uh from a monthly option to doing it quarterly. And the reason is we’ve had an annual option for courses for a while, and that does get prorated even when they jump up to the community tier. Um, but the reason I wanna do quarterly is I really wanna get folks invested for a 90 day cycle in the courses. And the way I’m gonna frame it publicly is to say, like, you get all my courses, 147, 90 days of access, that includes three monthly QA’s with me for all your questions. And I just think it’s also really gonna help me with onboarding and sequencing and to better support them because I’m gonna have a 90-day sequence that really helps them with where they’re at and encourage them to move up to community. I also think it’s gonna give people a little more skin in the game to want to jump up to community. Um, right now, people are joining for 49 a month, and that’s fine. And in some ways, I’m fine with people dipping in and out. But at the same time, you know, it’s for Web Designer Pro, especially with where we’re at now, I really want folks to come in and be committed and serious. And I think this is the perfect like entry starter point, but also it’s gonna help me support them way better and give them kind of a 90-day push to learn what they need to learn and then let’s freaking go. No more sitting on the sidelines, let’s do this together. I think it’s really gonna help our community grow stronger with kind of quality over quantity in this day and age as well. So that will be the one change. Folks who are on the monthly plan right now for courses will stay the same. It will not uh it will not change current billing. So for anyone listening to the replay, if you’re on the courses tier, um, don’t worry, you will not be moved quarterly. It’ll stay monthly for you. No changes on the community tier right now. We’ll likely have some changes kick off in January, but again, your rates are locked in. Um, but I got plenty, there’s plenty of changes going on. I got a lot to do with courses. There’s no reason to make any changes to the community tier right now. Procon 2027. It is going to be the third or fourth week of April 2027. I will be able to set the official date, should be the first or second week of October. So within a month, we should have ProCon 2027 set in stone. And who’s excited for Procon 2027? Holy cow! So I’m freaking pumped. We will get moving on that very, very soon. Uh that’s it. That is it. Five main things WP offers, more so publicly, what’s what’s going to be tweaked? The member experience, a lot of just fall cleaning and not restructuring, but just kind of reinvigorating the member experience for everybody here. Uh, the courses, the course changes uh in the arms of the angels are my DV courses moving forward after this year. Those are the course updates. Our reps, I’m so excited about this to give an official title to these folks who are so integrated in Web Center Pro and will be in our courses and future resources and even QA’s and calls moving forward, especially for those courses. Like we may do, we may do a specific QA for everybody and have Sam in to talk SEO. So I’m really excited about that. Outside of trainings, of course, we’ll continue those on. Uh, what else did we cover? Yes, the circle update. The circle update will be uh, well, we might be able to do that now. It’s gonna look slightly different, but not too different. So, all right, guys. There we go. Web Designer Pro 3.0. How you guys feel? You excited again? You know, not a huge change. It’s mainly just putting like an official plan of action to a lot of this. Again, 3.0 has technically been in the works for like a year. I started really like planning this out uh fall last year. So we you know, we launched the mastermind, closed the coaching tier, moved to an open and closed model. Uh, that’s already been underway. So yeah, 3.0 has been kind of like get going. Johnny said procon needs to be every six months. Johnny, you and Shannon met up last month, and Shannon let me know that you were um evangelizing for web designer for ProCon. So thank you, Johnny. I can’t wait to see you again here soon, man. Awesome, guys. Sweet, sweet. All right, let’s jump

Q&A Badges Challenges And Chat Spaces

into questions. And these slides will be available, by the way. So the replay will be up today, and there will be slides. And I’m so glad my computer held. For those who missed it, my computer died last week, took three hours to turn on. It’s time, it’s on its last leg. My new one’s coming in. Hopefully, next week. Getting a nice decked out 16-inch MacBook Pro with the works. I’ve got the Mac software. It is gonna be an absolute beast with handling video editing. And as you guys see, I’ve got a lot of courses to do. So I’m gonna be doing a lot of video editing here and moving forward. Uh, let’s see what Brian’s question is, real quick. And then jump your uh questions, guys. Drop those in the QA box and I will get to them. Yes, yes, yes. One of the recent calls I mentioned about doing badges and certifications for the courses. Is that something you and Alexia have been working on? Um we do, yeah, that’s gonna be. I’m gonna see, and actually with Circle’s new option, Circle Eclipse, I think a part of their circle or their course updates is a badge system. So I can do something now in the form of what’s called a workflow in Circle to where once somebody completes a course, it adds it, it adds like a you know, completion on their profile. Um, so that we can add immediately, Brian. It would be the official certificate that we’ll need to see how we can customize that. So I will work with Alexia on creating certificates for all those courses, especially since we’re gonna be revamping those. Um, so noted on that, Brian. We’ll see how we can automate that as much as possible without it being like a you know manual process. But yeah, um, my plan is to have some sort of like, I mean, it’s kind of tough because Web Designer Pro isn’t a program that you like graduate from. It’s not like I’ve thought about doing a certification, but I really don’t know. The only certification I could give is if you complete all the courses, which I’m open to. Maybe that’s it. Maybe it’s like Web Designer Pro course certified. Um, but pro, because it’s not like a program that you graduate from, that’s the one reason we haven’t had some sort of like, you know, certification per se, but I’ll think on that. Good idea. Thanks for the question, Brian. Uh, does September have a challenge? says Brian. I thought about doing one around marketing. Honestly, I’ve been so preoccupied with the maintenance plan course and putting this together, ironing out the final next iteration of Pro here that I haven’t um really thought about doing a full challenge, but we could also tie it in with maintenance plan. We could also do a little mini challenge. My my original thought was to do a challenge around marketing, just because it’s the beginning of the busiest season typically. So let me think on that, Brian. Maybe we can chat about that tomorrow during the weekly pro hangout. Pro hangouts resume tomorrow, guys. So maybe we can riff on. Let’s let’s do that tomorrow, Brian. If you’re gonna be there, let’s riff on uh a potential challenge because it could even be kind of a mini challenge. Maybe it’s like by October 1st. Put a marketing plan together and see it through, basically. Like it, like it, like it. Circle has an option to add chat space. It doesn’t have post and just works like a chat room, pretty much the same as a chat here. It would be great when live’s in for us to all be able to jump over to the chat space to continue chatting with each other. So we do have our chat spaces, yep. Um interesting idea, Justin. It would be, I mean, we have like folks could technically like jump into the comments on a past call. Um but that would require creating a new chat space every call, uh, which administratively is tricky to say the least. And then again, we’ve just found that the chat spaces go for a little while and then they tend to die off, unless it is like uh which something I’m thinking about doing moving forward is for our challenges to actually create a chat space around the challenge. That way, everyone who commits to a challenge and RSVPs were in it together, but it’s a timed experience, and then the chat space is gone after that. So that’s one thing I’m thinking through. Um, but there’s a bunch of different ways that I’ve seen in other communities to utilize like a group experience. Um, so I’ll think on that. It’s definitely not, I don’t think it’s something we could do like every week because otherwise, I mean, unless you’re like DMing people, other otherwise the thought would be like on challenges, maybe on trainings. Like maybe after a training, we have a chat space that goes for a couple weeks after to talk with the foot person who did the training. That that’s an that’s an option. So I’ll definitely consider that’s a good idea, Justin. Awesome. What are things you’re gonna do for the coaching tier to make it worth the investment? Dylan, easy as peasy, my coaching. If you value me as your personal coach, that’s the coaching tier. Um, I think this came in before I really articulated the difference. Again, because community tier members can join on the calls, they’re kind of just watching the calls and joining in on the chat. Hot seats, deep dives, DM coaching with me, all reserved for coaching tier members. And I’m doing quarterly check-ins. I’m doing even more for the coaching tier members in the way of DMs. And I think a lot of you have probably seen I’m I’m continuing to be more and more thorough and really doing due diligence to give you more and more coaching. And something that we’ve been doing in the mastermind level that’s been working really well is to have like an actual action plan that helps me keep track of goals and stuff. So that may be something um that I do for the folks to do it one-on-one with me, is like we kind of have a plan that way you can refer back to and stick to, especially since the coaching tier is now annual only. Um, that’s also the biggest difference, too. Dylan is moving forward. Well, now when you join the coaching tier, it’s annual only, and that grants you a one-on-one private call with me. So another huge value add for the coaching tier. So those are the biggest differences. Again, I’m pretty sure that question came in, maybe not, but those are the biggest differences there. Um, yeah, if you, you know, if you don’t like my direct coaching, I understand you can still stay in pro, but I hope my direct coaching is uh, yeah, I hope the value is there enough to be like, why would I not want to have Josh in my pocket 24-7? Still got to work on that tagline. I don’t know how that copy is gonna resonate publicly, but we’ll

Q&A Divi Direction And Course Relevance
Josh Hall 54:21

see. Eileen, when you say you’re not that you don’t have Divi anymore, does this change your recommendation for using the Divi Builder? Uh no, no, it does not, Eileen. That’s a great question. I’m not moving from Divi. Uh again, I’ve been using Circle. I’m much more of a Circle power user than a Divi power user now. So Divi and Circle are kind of like my two platforms of choice. Um, I’m just simply having a hard time keeping up with Divi. And again, because my area of focus is so much more on the business of web design and building this community and coaching, that’s all the time and mental bandwidth I have. So I’m really like I’m gonna kind of do the foundations of Divi5 when I do a masterclass next year. But it’s from there, it’s gonna be learned from Anya with Divi Lover. If you really want to learn how to build a Divi5 design system, she’s so much better than I am. I’m going through her masterclass right now this week. It’s so has anyone else gone through her stuff? Did Anya is incredible, she’s an incredible designer too. And the way her mind works with building a Divi system is just yeah, top notch. And then Tim Streifler also has a really good Divi5 expert course that just guides you through Divi. So, you know, those are the two paths I’m gonna recommend on the Divi front. But yes, I’m still building with Divi. And um, but at the same time, you know, a lot of pros here. I don’t know what the exact percentages are. We could probably do a survey next year, but we have a lot of folks using Elementor, a lot of folks using Bricks, a lot of folks using other website builders around Divi. We’ve got a lot of folks using Squarespace and Webflow and and other builders entirely. So uh really want to continue to make pro agnostic as much as possible to builders. And I know that a lot of people also are using Divi alongside other builders now, which I’ve I’ve seen more so recently. Uh, can you use a last updated timestamp in the wording below the video lesson? Helps when we visit a course to easily see what’s changed. I’ll only do that, Justin, um, when I update a lesson. The only problem with adding a when like last updated is that puts pressure on me to update every lesson, which are hundreds of lessons at this point. Also, just because a lesson is updated, like for example, my SEO course was done in 2019. It’s seven years old. No, that one was six years old. It was done in 2020. That course is still 100% applicable. The reason I’ve taken so long to revamp the SEO course is I’m like, I can add some new stuff about AI a little bit, but everything in the course is what I still recommend today. It still works like a charm. It’s how I’m getting found on ChatGPT. We had a new member, Tegan, join Pro recently. He searched Chat GPT for web design community, found me, found the podcast, found pro, came into pro. Awesome. I did not do anything specific to AI or SEO, like AI SEO. Nothing. Did nothing. I did exactly what I teach in my SEO course. So my only um my only pushback on having a last updated on every lesson is I don’t want someone to come into a course and think, oh, this isn’t relevant. It hasn’t been updated in three years. It could absolutely still be 100% relevant. So I would only make, and I do have a couple lessons that say like last updated when when I do an update. Um, but that would be the reason I I don’t want to do an uh, you know, lap last updated because one of the reasons Dave Foy, my good colleague who teaches BRICS and DNS and some other stuff, one of the reasons transparently, and he mentioned this in his post, that he took a full-time job and is shutting down his online education business, is he said he just cannot keep up. And so I need to be really careful about building a business that I can keep up with. So part of that too. Did your Facebook group predate the web design club? Just wondering how many joined the club after joining the Facebook group. Yes, the Facebook group I launched in 2016. So actually, oh my gosh, I think I launched that in September 2016. So the Divi Web Designers Facebook group is a decade old. I need to tell Tim about that, who owns the group now. Um, yes, I did sell the group, by the way. You can sell a Facebook group if you guys ever do something like that. Um, wow, it’s a decade old. So yeah, that one predated the the web design club, now Web Designer Pro by four years. Yeah. That was technically like my first foray into building uh a true like online community was that Facebook group, which is now I think there’s 26,000 members in Divi Web Designers. Let’s look real quick. If anyone wants to go join for those who are fellow Divi users, I like Eileen. Um for anyone who’s still using Divi, I still I recommend it. It’s where I stay up to date on Divi. Go check out Divi Web Designers. Yeah, closing in on um 27,000 members now. So go join the Divi Web Designers group. There’s a lot of folks here in Pro who have absolutely confident. Hey, there you are, Justin. Look at that. Justin is in the first ring of uh members here. But yeah, hey, there’s Brian. We got Andrew. I think Andrew stepped out of Pro for a brief time, but he’s in there. Jen, who was my VA for a long time, awesome member of Pro. We got Antoine, member of Pro. Chris, my VA. Yeah, lots of folks who are still there. So go check that out if you are a Divi user. And I will let Tim know. Does it say on here when it was when it started? Oh my goodness. Created 10 years ago today. All right. I’m gonna tell Tim to do an announcement about that because that’s freaking cool. Yeah, and I still recommend jumping in there if you’re on Facebook and want to support systems specifically for Divi. Ah, good, good point here, Michelle.

Q&A Coaching Tier Versus Mastermind
Josh Hall 1:00:35

That’s a great point to Dylan’s question, which is a good question. I’m glad Dylan mentioned that. You know, why basically like why coaching? Why, why even do the coaching tier um as a community member? And it is privacy. Yeah, like we we’re talking confidential stuff in DMs. On the community tier, everything in the forum is public, as far as you know, in pro, not public, public, but public for pro members, so semi-public. And yeah, I mean, we’re getting out like I’m it’s no joke that um uh who Rachel, her and her husband Ian from the Philippines, who are gonna be on the podcast soon. She mentioned recently that I became her web design therapist because yeah, there’s like, you know, there’s stuff that I understand you don’t feel comfortable talking about in even in Pro in the main forum. As welcoming and as helpful as we are, there’s stuff that you want to be like, and there’s confidentiality stuff too. I’ve had a lot of conversations with acquisitions for for web design businesses. And, you know, they’re not gonna put like a sale number or an acquisition number in the main forum here in pro. That needs to stay absolutely confidential. So yeah, that uh that that’s a great point, Michelle, as far as just one of the other reasons, one of the other benefits of coaching. Oh, thank you, Alexia. Alexia says Josh’s coaching is definitely worth it. I went from freelancing to building it on track for a six-figure web design biz with a team of three. Huge congrats, by the way, to Alexia. Couldn’t have done it without Josh and Pro for Reels. Yeah, it’s been really cool. And that’s and that’s obviously where my where I’ve learned a lot as a coach too, is like helping folks get to that six and multi-six figure level on a much higher level. Obviously, I can coach folks in the early stages, but my real sweet spot is like Alexia is a prime example. Getting past, as Mark said on the podcast this week, some of you have a ceiling and you want your ceiling to be your new floor. I am gonna rip Mark off and use that. That’s really what my coaching is all about. So, yeah, it’s been so cool. And of course, Alexia has the most intensive coaching available here in Pro as a Mastermind member. Um, you said something so great earlier, Alexia. If you don’t mind, I’ll just share the one snippet of it in the chat here because it was absolute goal. And it’s one of the reasons um we started the mastermind in particular. And this is this is what Alexia said. There’s nothing confidential here, but this is this is what Alexia said in our mastermind chat a little bit ago. And yeah, just a testament to the coaching side of things in pro, especially our mastermind. Alexia said, I really feel like I’m getting better at being a leader, building trust and ownership with my team. And that is something I’ve seen Alexia do so well. Team building is not an easy thing. I can’t imagine building a team, not having a coach, truthfully. Um, you will save literally years of stress and headache and heartache and hair. Uh, so I’m so proud of Alexia for really embracing, yeah, the leadership role. It’s a big part of what we’re doing in the mastermind too, is it’s a focus on team and leadership, which are very tied together. So congrats on that. And congrats to Mark being on the podcast this week, sharing about how he is now running his multi-six figure agency. His floor turned into his ceiling. Thank you for that line, Mark. I can tell you’ve been hanging around Michelle a lot because everyone’s like, I see Michelle’s copy uh magic sprinkling all ever over everyone on pro. Such good questions, guys. All right. Any final questions? Let me know how you’re feeling. Um, was there anything we covered today that you want to highlight? Anything you’re excited about? Anything a list of things you’re excited about? Let me know. Again, I will post this in the chat. I will be hosting the hangout tomorrow. We are kicking off our member hangouts. They are currently at 2 p.m. every Thursday. They are member hosted, member led. So we have members typically host them. Uh, so join me if you’d like to tomorrow. I am gonna pin that. I will be hosting tomorrow. We can riff on this. We can talk about some of this stuff today uh that we went over. We can talk about maintenance plan stuff. Maybe I’ll show you guys some of the early results of the maintenance plan survey that are anonymous. So we won’t be sharing any specific data. Um, but maybe we can talk about that tomorrow and just have a have a catch up as we enter into this new maybe tomorrow. That there’s what it is. Tomorrow will be the WDP 3.0 Hangout. There it is. So I hope to see you guys tomorrow. We’ll have some fun. Uh, Dylan, the one-on-one coaching is for everyone who goes annual. That is, and then every new member because that’s the only option moving forward. So if you would like to jump up to annual, let me know, Dylan, and we can get you sorted and we do a one on one. Absolutely. 60 minute private. You also get a coaching call replay and summary. And you can look back at that. It’s where we set your goals. We look at whatever you want to dig into first, and we can rock and roll on there. Um, but yeah. Yeah, no one no one’s current subscription is changing, Dylan. So nothing’s changing for anyone here on any tier. All right, guys. Good, good. Mark wouldn’t mind quarterly hangouts with pro attendees. Noted. Noted, noted, noted. Mark wants to know, have I had my one-on-one call yet? No. Because we did your podcast success story, Mark, and I think we had talked about doing that really whenever you want to. So you let me know, Mark. You let me know when you want to do your one-on-one, and we’ll get in the books. All right, everybody. Such great questions. I hope you enjoyed today. Jump in the chat. Before we head out, let me know if there was any uh final thoughts or anything you wanted to mention. Trisha wanted to know what’s the biggest differentiator between the coaching and the mastermind? So, Trisha, the coaching tier grants you access to 24-7 DM coaching with me, and then uh hot seats, deep dives on our weekly coaching calls. And then the mastermind is um right now we do two calls that are private. So the biggest difference, too, there is on our coaching calls, the replay goes out to every pro member and on the private pro podcast. The mastermind is completely private and confidential. It’s small group coaching, it is a quarterly one-on-one with me. And we actually have a coaching plan that I have a survey that goes out to get all your goals, your challenges, and then that is what’s referenced every quarter for a one-on-one. We do small group calls right now. There’s six of us together that meet every two weeks. Uh that is private and confidential. And then we have a dedicated chat space that is just the members in the mastermind. So that had been highly requested for a long time. But because it’s quarterly calls that are one-on-one, because they are small group calls, that is yeah, the highest level of coaching. So if you have more questions on that, Trisha, let me know. And we can certainly we can certainly talk about that, see if you would potentially be a good fit and are interested moving forward. And I’ll let you know even when there’s an opening before we officially open it up again next year. So, Brian, I hope that helps on the mastermind. Um, that is also specifically you have to be at a six-figure range or on track for six figures to qualify for the mastermind because that is high level. It’s basically for a lot of pro members over the years who have said, like, you know, once I have coaching and I’ve scaled, what’s next? I got that question from a lot of people. And I didn’t have an offer until we had the mastermind available. So it is like, it’s the the top, this sounds so douchey, but you know what I mean? It’s the top floor of Web Designer Pro. It is the the highest level of intensive coaching I offer and the highest level of discussions. It’s leadership. There’s six main areas that we cover in the mastermind. We have a focus on revenue, profit, marketing, your offers, and then team and leadership. Those are the the six main things that we focus on in all the coaching there in the mastermind. Uh so yeah, let me know because I know you did the annual plan for coaching. Um it’s really pretty open to whatever you want to focus on. Obviously, usually they’re a mix of offers and revenue and strategy. So, in most cases, most of the one-on-ones are about strategy over the next little while. Um, as far as so you can let me know, soul, before you book, let me know. I’ll send you the link to book our one-on-one. And what I’ll do is, yeah, I can give you a little more info on what I would recommend, which is typically have your numbers ready, have your big probably three challenges ready because we can really dig into what’s gonna move the needle quickest. I just did a coaching call yesterday, and we focused on two things team and offer strategy. And pricing was in there, those are the only two things we focused on, and it was an in-depth hour of really digging into this member’s business and oh, I think it’s gonna be awesome for for this particular member who uh is gonna freaking rock and roll. So yeah. Any questions on that soul? Let me know and we can chat about that. Oh, that’s good to know, Brian. Because I think you guys talked about that in the meetup, right? Christian’s worksheet flow or worksheet wet workflow and then progress. Yeah, we could talk about that. Christian’s just the man. I’ll reconnect with Christian and maybe he can host a hangout or we could do a training. We could do a monthly training on that. All right, guys. Any final questions? Man, such good stuff in the chat. Johnny says, can’t wait it, make uh can’t wait to make it to the pro penthouse. Why did I look? Everyone is killing it with your copy. I freaking love it. It’s the pro penthouse. That’ll definitely attract a whole new type of member in Web Designer Pro if we put that publicly. But Johnny, by golly, that may be too good to pass up. That is so good. Oh, yeah. Yeah, so that that’s the big reason for the mastermind. It’s by no means, and I talked about this at ProCon when I officially announced it. It’s it’s by no means um it’s not meant to cause separation or uh exclude anybody, it’s simply to give oh, that analogy that Mark said on the podcast. It’s a new floor of Web Design Pro for the folks who would normally leave. And we have had folks in the past who have got to a multi-six-figure level and felt like my coaching kind of stopped when I’m like, no, no, it really can we can keep going. And then they went to agency mavericks or a seven-figure, you know, type of coach. So there’s a lot of pros who I don’t want to see leave. And it’s really beneficial for us as a community at all different stages to have the folks who are at a six and multi-six figure level. We have some pro members who are literally managing hundreds of clients to have their systems and their processes and their experience trickle down and filtered down to everybody. It’s it’s the magic of Web Designer Pro. It’s how all of our experiences and stages in the business work together. So it’s also one of the big reasons I really want to do better at keeping Pro the synergy of the different tiers, the different stages, but at the same time,
