I’ve spent years building a network of experts and specialists in certain areas where I only have so much depth of knowledge (or interest), and today, I’m so excited to officially reveal my core inner expert circle in the form of…

REPS! (Resident Expert Pros)

These are folks who have been in Pro since day one and have expertise in areas that complement my courses and main areas of teaching inside Pro.

Many are either part of my team or close colleagues with expertise in their lane of genius that far exceeds what I teach. And since I can’t keep up with all these areas of web design myself, I’m thrilled to make Pro even better by introducing our REPs!! 🎉

You’ll see them inside Web Designer Pro even more on our weekly coaching calls, trainings, tagged in the forum, and even featured in select courses.

And if you follow the podcast or watch my YouTube channel, many of them probably look familiar, so you’ll see them more publicly as well for interviews and guest trainings 🙂

P.S. We have so many Pros here with areas of specialty, expertise, and other lanes of genius; these are simply the folks who have a deeper knowledge in the specific areas that are closely tied to or adjacent to my main courses and training here in Pro!

Episode #443 Full Transcription

Why The Rep Network Exists
Josh Hall 0:00

Hey friends, it’s so good to have you here. This episode is just me with you. It’s going to be a solo episode this week, and I wanted to dedicate a specific episode to talk through and share a little more details about our reps, our resident expert pros. I mentioned this a couple episodes back in episode 441, I shared with you the recent keynote that I did inside of Web Designer Pro, which shared a lot of our plans for this next evolution of Pro version 3.0. And one of the big aspects of that was the introductions of our reps. Again, Resident Expert Pros. So I wanted to dedicate a little more time to share the ins and outs of this and also share a little bit more about each one of these reps, where their skill set is, how it’s really complementary to me and what I teach, and also just our community at large. And even as a podcast listener, if you’re not yet inside of my community web designer pro, you’ve likely heard from most all these people. So this is so exciting for me because I’ve realized, just to kick us off here, I’ve realized that over the, well, the last decade, I’ve been, I’ve been doing this. Next year will be 10 years since starting JoshHall.co and starting to teach online based off my experience. And when I started teaching online back nearly a decade ago, it was completely based off of my soul experience in building my web design business. But nearly 10 years later, I’ve obviously realized that what I’m teaching now and the things that I’m seeing work really well today, many things I did 10 years ago work great today, but there are a lot of new areas, and there are things that I just simply don’t have the time, the bandwidth, or the interest in some cases to keep up with. And so that’s why I’ve been really intentional about building a network of experts around me and to share with you our reps here who have areas of expertise, skill set, and interest that go deeper than what I have in that certain area. So

Josh’s Lane Business And Strategy
Josh Hall 2:09

let me give you the high level. Again, if you missed the episode from a couple episodes back that was 441, I would recommend checking that out, especially if you’re in Web Designer Pro and you haven’t listened to that yet or watch that. Um, but I want to give you kind of the high level and then we’ll dive into each one of these folks and how they’re gonna be a little more integrated into not only Web Designer Pro, but again, this podcast. I should say real quick too, I’m gonna make a tighter version of this that’s a little shorter for YouTube. So if you would like to watch this and see some of the visuals in a little shorter format, that will be linked below. In this one, since we are gonna cover a lot of links, I’m gonna make this an official episode for the podcast that will be found with show notes and all the links we cover at joshhall.co slash 443. So check that out below. But again, our reps, our resident expert pros. Me, Josh, I am in the business category. My strategy is really the business side of web design, any and all things, pricing, strategy, offers, a little bit of team building and scaling and building recurring revenue and just making sure that all around you are a successful webpreneur, a web design business owner. Also, when you do web design and you have a business, shh cats out of the bag, you are an entrepreneur. So that’s really my goal and that’s my role that I’ve really stepped into over the last few years as I’m recognizing that I am truly the business coach. And there are areas that I’m gonna explain next here where I only go so deep in for a myriad of reasons.

Sam Sarzen On Local SEO
Josh Hall 3:37

One of those one of those areas is SEO. I enjoy SEO, but I am not an SEO guy. I don’t live and breathe in data. It is just not that big of an interest for me to go like super, super deep in SEO. And as many of you know, if you get into SEO, that can consume your life. And it can be amazing because every client generally is gonna need it and want the foundations. I teach the foundations. I do have an SEO course that’s actually gonna be revamped here at the later end of this year here. So I do have an SEO course that teaches the foundations of what I’ve learned in my journey, what I did for clients, how I built white label SEO, and how I structured my signature offer, SEO Boost. But that’s as far as I go. I don’t really go too far into local SEO or ongoing SEO or selling really high-ticket SEO packages for really like higher, higher ticket recurring revenue with SEO, but someone who does is Sam Sarzen. Sam was a rock star, web designer, pro member who came into the community a few years back and built up a six-figure agency very quickly. And a large part of that was because he took an interest in SEO after my SEO course and really ran with it. And he was doing stuff that very quickly I was beginning to learn from Sam on our coaching calls and just inside the forum in pro, that he very quickly became kind of Sam. At first, he was kind of Sam the SEO guy, and then he became Sam the SEO expert. And now he is Sam, our resident expert pro. In fact, as many of you listening probably know because you’re probably in his community, Sam started an SEO Academy called Local SEO Academy, specifically around local SEO, and they’ve become a partner of my community, Web Designer Pro. So they’re kind of like a little sibling community to where a lot of Web Designer Pro members who do take an interest in SEO and want to go further, it’s perfect because I’d rather, it’s it’s so much better, I’ve found, to surround yourself with trusted colleagues. And by the way, as a web designer, you can take this same approach when you are building referral partners. Just like I did when I had my networking group, I had a few people, because I would get I would get questions about SEO and about social media and about photography and doing video. And at one point, I didn’t really do any of that. So I had a partner who did ongoing SEO, like more advanced SEO plans that I white, he was essentially white labeled for me. And then I had a partner who was a videographer, and I had a couple referral partners as photographers and a marketing person. So those were great, like resident experts back then for me. And that same model applies today. And I really want you to think about building that for your business. That way, if somebody asks you for a service, you don’t feel compelled to offer it when you don’t have interest in it, but you have a partner. And that partner likely has an affiliate arrangement with you, or maybe there’s some mutual exclusive uh benefits there as far as a part like an official partnership. There’s a lot of different ways to structure that. But all I’m saying, what I have in place here with our reps is what you can have in your web design business as well. Side note, many Web Designer Pro members are doing this to very good effect. In fact, when you join Web Designer Pro by checking out the special offer I put together for you, Webdesigner Pro.com slash go, you can get an immediate referral network in place for your business by just being a member of Pro because there’s literally nothing a client can ask you that somebody in Pro can’t help you out with. So Sam, our SEO rep, our resident expert pro, all things SEO. Uh I’ll link this below, but you can check out his academy, local SCO academy.co slash Josh. Actually, the quicker link is to go to joshall.co slash lsa, which will zip you over there. And then uh Sam will have linked his agency site, which is thincandesigns.com, and his YouTube channel. He just launched a new SEO podcast. Sam’s gonna be coming out of the podcast here, I think in November this year, um, in the law in the wake of my new SEO course and some of the stuff he’s doing. He’s actually gonna be featured, by the way, inside of my SEO course, sharing some stuff about um, I believe we’re gonna do GEO and maybe some local SEO sales tips that are gonna be included in my course because he is the dude to learn from that. So Sam is our first SEO rep, our Resident Expert Pro.

Michelle Berminier On Copy And Keywords
Josh Hall 8:08

The next one is Michelle, who is also heavily involved in the SEO world, but as a few skill sets and X and areas of expertise in both copy and keywords and just overall SEO strategy. Michelle and I, Michelle Berminier, that is, have been working together since 2020 when I sold my web design business. That’s actually how Michelle and I got connected. Um, when I sold my web design agency in Transit Studios to Eric Dingler, who was a student of mine. We kicked off with a kind of a team combo call. I had a couple team members of mine, and then we had kind of like a large group call with Eric, and he had a few contractors and part-time team members of his team. One of them was Michelle, who he had just started working with. And funny enough, the Divi Web Designers Facebook group that I started is actually what brought us all together. Michelle was a member in there, and I think had seen uh a question that Eric had posted and offered her services for SEO and keyword research at the time, and that’s how they got connected. And I very quickly just appreciated so much about Michelle, her thoroughness, her strategy, and how really results-oriented she was with things like keyword, SEO, copywriting, and just anything to do with words online, high-converting words. But she also had a very data-driven approach, which is what was a nice compliment for me back then. And it’s what has been such a nice compliment for me personally over the years and for so many Web Designer Pro members today in Web Designer Pro because she has literally she was on the podcast not long ago talking about how she’s literally built her business, mainly through Web Designer Pro. Like she does, she has not needed to do any other marketing channel. She is, um, but she hasn’t relied on social media. In fact, she’s not even active on social media, and she’s developed ongoing partnerships with so many Web Designer Pro members, and she can do that for you as well when you join Web Designer Pro. When you go to Webdesigner Pro.com slash go. Take advantage of the special offer I have for you to join our community. But yeah, she is our resident expert pro for all things copy, keyword research, and anything to do with words online, which of course does have implications into SEO as well. Um, but we’ve really kind of given her the copy seat. And she also has a very, very uh not only data-driven, but like research first approach to AI in SEO. She’s done some trainings inside of Pro and on the podcast here, she shared some stuff over the past couple of years about some of what she is learning front lines and the results she’s getting when it comes to specifically AEO and all things AI SEO. So, needless to say, we are so lucky to have Michelle as our copy and keywords resident expert. Side note, if you’re wondering, man, Josh, that term reps, resident expert pros, that’s so genius. How did you come up with that? Well, I came up with that because Michelle and I have worked on that together for months now. We originally were gonna call these quote-unquote experts coaches or like mini mentors. And we just nothing sounded right. Nothing, nothing sounded correct. And there are some folks who are on this list who didn’t want to be really viewed as a coach per se. And I totally understand and respect that. And in fact, that’s not really their role. People aren’t joining Web Designer Pro and they’re not gonna get like coaching necessarily from these folks. But these folks are going to be featured in courses, they’re gonna be featured more and more on some of our topical calls and in trainings and guest workshops that we do. So they’re seeing them a lot. This is just the official title for them in the way for them to for folks to connect with them really quickly and to know, like when somebody joins pro, you know, I know who all of our pro members, like our experts are, but not everyone knows that. So this is just a way to like officially give them kind of an official rep title. But anywho, we came up with that together. We did a lot of back and forth, and then kind of together we worked through the the bad ideas and the not great fit ideas, and we really came to this idea of you know, these folks are experts in their field and they’re pros. And I view them as kind of like a resident. Uh, I kind of feel like Pro is with, and the reason I want to dive into this more here is I feel like we’ve officially gone from me to we in Web Designer Pro with the the programming and the expertise that’s in there now and going to be more so prevalent in the courses moving forward. It’s really gone from just like, you know, how Josh does it to like us as of a as a collective and all of our areas of expertise with me at the home and then having these other avenues for folks who again want to go deeper in SEO in the case of Sam or with copy, with like literally hiring Michelle for copy boosting and keyword research and and all that stuff, and the the other folks I’m gonna mention here next. So yeah, we’ve kind of gone from me to we, which just I love. This has been in the works for a long time. So this is not news to me or Michelle or any of the reps here, but it’s just more public now. Um, and yeah, this is why. I hope you see like the the the care and the craft and the intentionality of bringing these folks in officially as reps has been literally like several years in the works, and we’re finally ready to put an official title on them. And and it’s live now. The rep space is live in Web Designer Pro. You can connect with Michelle specifically at her website, wordsonthherise.com. Again, those all these links are gonna be uh over at the show notes page for this one at joshhall.co slash 443. And uh Michelle has gosh, she’s done several trainings in and around keyword research and AI and copy inside of Pro. She did our one of our live sessions at ProCon 2026 talking about headlines. Um, some of those are gonna be linked below, the ones that are available publicly. And she’s been on the podcast many a times. In fact, she’s actually filled in for me on the podcast before. So you probably already know Michelle, but if you don’t, now you do. And when you join WebPresenter Pro, you’re really gonna get to know her and see her expertise play out in real time when she comments on one of your posts, which her comments are like the best. I feel like I could probably just pull up Michelle’s comments, and that would be worth like a hell of a training program just with her comments that we could format.

Eric Dingler On Team Leadership
Josh Hall 14:41

Now, I mentioned I met Michelle by way of Eric. Eric Dingler was one of my web design students, and uh, we originally got connected because he shared with me that when he went through my maintenance plan course, he had built enough recurring revenue to adopt two children. And that was one of the first success stories and testimonials that came through. And man, it’s hard to beat that type of impact. You know, when I was thinking about recurring revenue, it was based off of my experience with getting through the NICU with our daughter when we spent 50 next day 56 days through the NICU and just how it helped me get through that season. And apart from just having a more stable business and making more money and building recurring revenue, it’s it’s how that can change lives that really shows the impact of the work that I put into yeah, taking my experience and into making these into courses into building our community. So when Eric shared with that with me, you know, we got pretty close right away just because I was really keeping up with how he was building his business. And then, as many of you know, um, when it came time for me to consider exiting my agency to go full-time teaching, I reached out to Eric and I just saw him build his business to six figures pretty quickly. And I just loved how communicative he was, and I knew that he was coming from a pastorial background. And my thought has always been, dude, if you can be a pastor, you can absolutely be an awesome web design business owner. And that he was. And then he became the owner of my web design business when I sold In Transit to him in the summer of 2020, and I am now a consultant for everything that Eric is doing on the In Transit Studios agency front. And one thing I’ve learned in that time is that Eric is an incredible team leader, and he really has a lot of expertise in both team building and team management and reducing churn in team. In fact, some of our team members in In Transit Studios, some of them have been with Eric before I sold it. So years now. And he is also, because of his background and being a pastor, and he he just has a lot of leadership principles that I’ve leaned on and learned a lot from him. So he is our team resident expert pro. And we will recap these at the end here. Um, and actually with our mastermind group, the first iteration of our highest level of coaching and pro, uh, Eric actually came in and did a like intensive QA session with a couple of our members all about team and leadership. And I learned so much from him, as we all did, who were involved in that session. And it really showcased his expertise on this level. And in fact, one of our members who was about to let a team member go, she was about to let one of her VA goes, uh VAs go. Eric like could not have been more timely because we met with Eric, and then after that was her call with this team member, and she was really worried about how to let this team member go because she didn’t need her anymore, but she didn’t want to burn any bridges. She didn’t, she wanted to let her down easy, but also not be like too passive. And she was really struggling with like how to stand her ground and make it a really clear break. And Eric’s advice that was so timely led to her having one of the best firing experiences you could ever have. She let us know uh that she was able to fire her VA and it like could not have gone better. And when I think about team and leadership, that’s the kind of thing that you know that’s not a sexy topic to promote, um, but it’s important when you build a business, because when you build a business and you start having collaborators and team members, you’re all you’re gonna hire people, but you’re also gonna fire people at some point. And so Eric and his leadership was is just invaluable uh when it comes to both hiring, retaining, and firing, too. So Eric is our team rep. Uh in transitstudios.com is obviously our agency where he is CEO. He has a personal site, Eric Dingler.com, uh, where he’s got he’s got a new book all about hiring as well. And he’s been on the podcast many a time. He’s done plenty of trainings inside of Web Designer Pro. So you will be seeing and hearing more from Eric as you have been for a while. So again, nothing is new, by the way. Like the folks who I’m I’m sharing here, nothing changes for them at all. These again, these are not paid positions, these are not folks who um are doing something new per se. They’re just it’s an official title and a chance for me to really show showcase their expertise in the areas that compliment me well. By the way, I want to make this note as a caveat. We have a lot of Web Designer Pro members who have expertise in many other areas. We’ve got folks who are experts in certain business models. We’ve got folks who, like I think about Lisa Williams, who is an expert in Notion and some of the AI stuff she’s doing there. We’ve got experts in a bunch of other, like Go High Level and a bunch of other platforms, but these are the folks who are integrated into my teachings and my courses because there’s a lot of folks who have expertise in pro, but I don’t use those tools, or it’s not something that needs to be directly related into my courses. So these are folks, again, who just have a uh a much closer relationship into both my content and many of them I’ve actually been working with. Case in point, perfect segue to Christian.

Christian On Development And Code
Josh Hall 20:03

Christian, Web Designer Pro members, you guys know Christian because he has been a godsend for our community. He is our dev rep. Anything and all things coding and development, Christian is the man. Christian was actually one of the most active members of my web designer or my Divi Web Designer’s Facebook group. And I saw him help so many people for free. And I eventually reached out to him for some development help. I couldn’t remember if it was a CSS thing or PHP, maybe it’s been both together or JavaScript or whatever. But because coding is not my thing, uh, I am dang good with CSS, but nowadays there’s so much going on with CSS I can’t even keep up with, and I don’t have the interest, and honestly, nor should I, because I’m helping people literally create multi-six figure businesses, and I don’t want to be pulled away from that to tinker around with a CSS thing. So Christian is the man for that. I’ve been hiring him out over the years. I still hire him out occasionally when I need development and CSS help on any one of my sites. And he has been uh a white label partner for so many community members of Web Designer Pro. He’s actually kind of um almost like a fractional developer for many members of Pro as a partner. And that’s how he’s built up his business. He’s based in Brazil, gonna soon be moving back to his uh homeland in the Netherlands. But that’s how he’s built his business, is largely through Pro as well and in Facebook groups, and just by being such an easily referable person to do all things development, coding, CSS, WordPress, PHP, etc. So you can find him at brightsoul.nl. I’ll link that below, of course. And then yeah, Chrisman’s, he was he’s been on the podcast before. He’s done a training and set up Web Designer Pro about how to use advanced custom fields. Uh, if you’re in pro, you’re welcome because Christian is an invaluable aspect of our. Community, as all of these folks are. So really good to have Pro uh Christian as our official coding and development resident expert

Alexia Lynn On Branding And Design
Josh Hall 22:09

pro. The next one is Alexia. Alexia Lynn. She is she was on the podcast recently talking about how she’s selling branding and web design. Speaking of branding and design, Alexia is our design rep, our resident expert pro. Oh my gosh, so many things to share about Alexia. I’ll just share this. She came into Web Designer Pro a couple years ago, completely new in her business, and had an incredible launch to her business, focusing on all things branding and web design. And actually, her launch was so impressive. I brought her in to do a live training in Pro, sharing about how she launched her business. And I think got three clients like right out of the gate. And it was such a good playbook and blueprint for launching your business. And I remember the reason, one of the reasons of many that she’s here today as our official rep in design is I remember when she did that presentation. I was literally watching it and I was going, I want these slides. Can I have and I asked her, I was like, Can you make these slides like a Canva template that I can use? And she did, by the way. And also, I just I was so impressed with her design skills and her clear branding and the way that she takes information and strategy and challenges and goals and vision and makes it into a vibe. And wouldn’t you know it? That’s her brand, visual vibe design.com, the whole damn vibe, as she would say. And she really does. She is able to take your challenges, your your strategy, your words, and your the feeling of your business, and put that into branding and design, both in print and in web. And she did that for me when I hired her last year for our first project together. I hired her to do a branding project for me. And she didn’t do good on that. She did incredible on that. That branding project that I viewed as just slide designs for a one-off project, what she actually did was create an entire, not only the slide deck, but a new evolution in my branding. In fact, if you’re gonna watch the version on YouTube that I share here with the reps, or if you’re just seeing the thumbnail on this, you might think, man, those designs look really good. Guess who designed them? You guessed it. Alexia. Alexia has done so much design for me over the past year. Uh, she just recently celebrated one full year, full time in her web design business, and she is on track this year for six figures. She is just absolutely killing it as a member of Web Designer Pro, as an entrepreneur. And the reason, one of the many reasons for her incredible success so far, so early on in just the first couple years of her business, going from side, just from dreamer to side hustle to now full-time scaling agency owner, is her vibe. She just does so well at any and all things vibe and design. So visual vibe design.com. She’s done again a couple workshops and trainings inside of pro. She’s been on the podcast many a time. And uh you will be seeing Alexia a lot more publicly, and of course, inside of Web Design Pro as our design resident expert pro. All right, last couple

Amher On DNS And Email Deliverability
Josh Hall 25:37

here. This next one is somebody I’ve been working with for years. And talk about finding a compliment to something that you don’t enjoy. You know what something is that I don’t enjoy? Domains and email. Can’t stand them, hate them. Even though my most popular YouTube video is how to manually migrate a WordPress website, it is not something I want to do ever. And I had nightmare experiences with email in particular by breaking clients’ emails. In fact, I remember vividly launching a site on a Friday night and Saturday morning waking up to relentless calls from my client who said his email was down. And I didn’t understand MX Records well enough back in those days. And it was actually that situation that led me to realize I got dangerous enough with domains and email and DNS, but I obviously didn’t have enough skill set not to break shit when things were going live and I was uh dealing with pretty complex email situations. Now I did learn a lot after that. In fact, I created a whole course, which is live inside of in Web Designer Pro, my DNS course, which shares the fundamentals of DNS and email and domains and deliverability. But the dude who I ended up working with and hiring, gosh, I think we’ve been working together since 2007. This would have been 2017 or 18 when we started working together. And his name is Amher. Amher actually reached out to me, uh, I think from my Divi Facebook group to interview me for a new show he was creating. And through that, it’s a by the way, a great way to get clients is to interview people and create an interview series, just like Amher did. And then that’s how you meet people and make connections and feature them. And Amher featured me, and I got to know Amher and found out that he enjoys email. I’m like, what the hell is wrong with you? How he like loves it. And not only does he love domain and email setup, but he loves troubleshooting. That is lit, like if you could write a list of the of every bit of every type of work that I’ve ever done, if you were to list those out in order of like what I enjoy and what I least enjoy, I think at the very, very, very, very, very bottom, behind firing would be, or below firing, would be troubleshooting email issues when email goes down for your clients. That is literally the last thing I would ever want to do again. Amher loves it. Thank God we have him in pro as our resident expert pro in all things email and DNS. Uh so we’ve been working together for a long time. Amher’s been a founding member. I’ve been connecting him with folks in pro since day one. He’s featured now inside of my DNS course. He actually has a course on email deliverability that I am a proud affiliate for because I only go so far in that. So we are very lucky to have Amher as our email and all things DNS expert. Uh easy rep again. And he actually has worked for and continues to help out Web Designer Pro members left and right, again, with all things domains and emails. Uh you can find him at humantalents.ca. Again, all links will be below. Episode number for this one’s 443. Um, so all those at the show notes. But he’s got uh he was a bit on the podcast before talking about email and deliverability. Uh he has a free video on YouTube, which is really helpful for email deliverability. So again, any links that are public, I’ll make sure we include in the show notes for this one. So go check those out. And uh when you join Pro, you can check out our new reps space and you can connect with Amher if you don’t want to deal with email and DNS because who does other than Amher? God

Mark Zesmanski On Practical AI
Josh Hall 29:28

bless him. And then our last rep that I want to mention here is Mark Cismanski. Now, he is our AI guy, and I’ve been following Mark for a while now. He is, I don’t know how we got connected. Mark, remind me, if you’re listening to this, Mark, come back to me, let me know how we got connected. I’m trying to remember if you reached out for an interview, if I saw you, I forget. But Mark, over the past couple years, I’ve been following, is a younger whippersnapper web designer who went from WordPress to AI and is just headfirst into the AI world. And that’s really helpful for me personally because I am not somebody who is um early adopting or headfirst into AI. I’m not, I’ve been I’ve been saying this publicly for a while. This is probably not news if you followed me, but I’m not against AI. I’m not a doom doomsdayer, but I am very hesitant with AI in many areas, and I don’t like what I see in a lot of areas with AI, especially when it comes to strategy and outsourcing thinking and outsourcing the craft that I want you to love as a web designer and the craft of even building a and growing a web design business. Um, there’s a lot of areas that AI is taking over that I don’t love. And there’s a lot of things that, yeah, I just I see people using AI in ways that I feel like they’ve lost themselves. They’ve they’ve given up their human spirit in order to just kick out more with AI. But all that to say I can’t keep my head in the sand and I don’t have the time or bandwidth to be an AI guy. But that’s why I’m so excited to have Mark as our AI rep because Mark is someone I trust in the industry. He’s somebody who has a lot of perspective that I maybe I don’t even share. It’s not that I disagree, it’s just that I don’t share. But we need that. We need folks who are front-facing in AI and early adopting an AI inside a Web Designer Pro, since that’s not my natural tendency. So this is again why I’m really uh intentional about creating this network of kind of these this inner expert circle of reps who have these other areas of expertise that I don’t have personally. And again, for putting this over to you, when you think about your web design business, I want you to think about your inner circle. Who is your inner circle of experts? If you are not an AI first person, you gotta have somebody helping you with that. It could be Mark when you join Web Designer Pro or by going to his website at marksizmanski.co. Um, but I really want you to think about that for your business in these areas that are complementary to you because you gotta have an inner circle of experts who can help your clients and can help you, even when you don’t want to do all the things which no one can anyway. So yeah, Mark is just our our our AI. Uh he kind of what he says is that he builds AI-powered systems for businesses and teaches people how to do it as well. So really helpful for us in pro from a macro and a micro level. And what I mean is like he can give a higher overview level of AI. In fact, he has a wonderful 101 style overview video of all things AI and like the different companies behind them and how models work and the different languages and different ways of doing things locally on your machine versus doing them, you know, in the AI cloud that’s actually taking up, you know, data center room. So there are a lot of areas of AI that are just completely overwhelming. And as you know, things are just moving so fast that even the AI people can’t keep up. Even the people making AI can’t keep up with AI. Like it’s that crazy. So for us, you know, we need somebody who is on the on the front lines of that, and that is Mark Zesmanski, who is our AI rep, our resident expert pro. He’s filled in for me um for a couple times in pro, and I’ve had him on more recently. When we do have AI talks, I’ll invite Mark in and we’ll just kind of riff on AI on some of our coaching calls and expert sessions. So I’ll link to his website, his YouTube channel, and the video that I mentioned below. Um, because yeah, he’s a great one to learn from for all things

Recap From Me To We

AI. So, quick recap. That is an overview of our resident expert pros. Me, Josh, I’m the business guy. Sam, he is our SEO expert. Michelle is copy. Eric is team, Christian is dev, Alexia is design, Amher is email, and Mark is AI. And all of those areas, those very strategic lanes of skill set and expertise are in play in many ways in Web Designer Pro, even here on the podcast. Again, if you’ve been listening for a long time, you probably know every single one of these people. But if you’re new, I just want you to know that I have my lane and it’s pretty well-rounded because I do have experience in all these things. But again, I only go so far in SEO. I only go so far in copy. I only go so far in team and leadership. I really don’t go far in development and code. I go pretty far in design, but Alexia’s a way better. I don’t want to go any further than I do in email. And I don’t really, you know, I’m gonna go further in AI, but I’m also learning from somebody who I trust, which is half the battle, as you know, when you’re trying to choose who you’re gonna learn from. You want to trust somebody. So I hope that you trust me more, knowing that I’ve been self-aware enough and um thoughtful enough in this case to bring experts who can help you. Because what I don’t want to see is people to feel like they’ve kind of got everything they could out of Pro and need to go elsewhere. I’m making Web Designer Pro a place where, like, I don’t know if any other web design community could compete with the amount of expertise and skill set that we have. And that’s starting with me, but also with this inner circle of experts. And then as it goes out layer by layer, we have this incredible community, again, of people who have expertise and skill set in all these different areas that are not gonna fit inside of my personal rep, you know, inner circle, but they still like again, if somebody needs expertise in a certain builder or a certain tool, it’s likely we have somebody who kind of fits that bill. So yeah, what we have in here in Pro, thanks to these folks who have agreed to be our official reps, is just, I mean, honestly, it’s second to none. I’m just I’m thrilled about this. I know so many members are have been thrilled about this because it’s not new. It’s it’s just an official title. And that way when people join Pro and those who are uh you listening to the podcast, but also those who are going to be um a more integrated member of Pro and a community member, you know, it’s it’s easier to understand, like, okay, these are the folks who have these areas of expertise. Um, and I yeah, I think it’s just a win-win-win-win all around for everybody involved. So big thanks to Sam, Michelle, Eric, Christian, Alexia, Amara, and Mark for being our resident expert pros.
