Above All – be on time in design, which sells in the eyes of users. For a long time, the minimalism and transparency is sales – and as you mentioned, contact with the user is very important.
Very cool video – the most important thing is to create a real product that is of high quality. Whose graphics and text at the highest level. Short and meaty content + UX of the whole page – clearly, clearly and easily.

First time I hear about your first tip (Sell YOU) in this context, but I agree with you. If you can confidently sell your ability to exceed the client’s expectations, that’s going to breakdown a lot of their initial barriers and build that initial rapport, which is extremely important.
